New Story Update On Kantara 2

The mystical action-thriller Kantara, directed by Rishab Shetty, amassed a massive worldwide box office haul. The audience responded favourably to the movie. Based on the age-old Bhoota Kola tradition, which is common in rural folklore and become a popular across nation hit. One of the great commercial successes in Kannada in 2022, the Rishab Shetty-helmed film has raised the bar for Sandalwood producers. The film’s Hindi dub celebrated its 100th day in theatres, allowing it to appeal to a wide range of moviegoers who are praising the compelling tale. Currently in the screenwriting stage, a sequel to the movie,revealed by its producers. For his part in Kantara 2, Rishab is also putting himself through physical training.

Morning, September 30 and October 14,correspondingly , the Kannada and Hindi versions of Kantara were released. The actor , Sapthami ,  Kishore Kumar and Rishab Shetty  plays important roles in the movie, which is produced by Vijay Kiragandur and Chaluve Gowda under the banner of Hombale Films.

After ‘Kantara’ became one of the greatest singles of 2022, Rishab Shetty became the talk of India.
On Monday, Rishab revealed ‘Kantara 2’ as the action-packed thriller reached 100 days. The movie will start production later this year, with a summer 2024 release date planned.

What Rishab Spoke on Kantara 2 Making

The film’s director and star, Rishab, writting the movie and said that the follow-up will actually be a prequel to everything that is depicted in the first movie.

“I and my whole team are very grateful to the audience for their overwhelming support and enthusiasm.

Additionally, Rishab discussed the project with members of the media and stated, “I decided prequel to Kantara was something that had occurred to me, while I was filming for Kantara. But before I confirmed it, I needed to work on a few things. We are now working on the prequel and conducting the necessary project-related research.
